What does this role look like:

- Assist with activities consistent with the national quality framework, collaborating with families, children, and staff to exceed National Quality Standards.
- Participate in maintaining safety standards, act as a first aid officer when needed.
- Creating an workplace where children feel emotionally secure, protected, and confident expressing themselves, knowing their voices are valued.
- Assist in the delivery of play-based learning programs aligned with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF V.2) that are responsive to children’s interests, strengths, and developmental needs.
- Actively building trusting, respectful, and transparent partnerships with families, recognizing them as key contributors to their child’s safety, learning, and development.
- Always modelling professional conduct and taking responsibility for upholding child safe policies,



procedures, and ethical practice.

What are we seeking:

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate a strong commitment to upholding and maintaining child safety and ethical professional practice, and hold:

- A Certificate III of Early Childhood Education and Care
- Current First Aid and CPR
- Child Protection training certificate (CHCPRT025)
- A valid NSW Working with Children Check
- A Drivers Licence (Class C) - NSW
