This position will be based at our production plant in Pasir Gudang, Johor, Malaysia.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Composite Technician to join our production team working on a new projects Racing Yachts. This hands-on role involves close collaboration with team leaders and participation on the factory floor to deliver world-class boats under the Grand Banks, Eastbay, and Palm Beach Motor Yachts brands.

This position begins with an immersive onboarding phase, working directly with existing project leaders to gain a deep understanding of our systems and processes.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following duties:

- Work hands-on with the construction team to deliver projects to the highest standards

- Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments when needed to ensure project success

Qualities we are looking for:

- Trade-certified composite technician,



boat builder or shipwright with composite construction experience or similar trade qualifications

- Strong leadership and clear communication skills

- Collaborative team mindset

- Over 5 years of experience in the high-end motor, sailing yacht or similar industry

- Expertise in high end composite construction, particularly vacuum infusion with E-glass and carbon fibre

- Language Skills: Proficiency in English, both written and spoken; proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia is a plus

Working Conditions:

- Full-time position, working five (5) days a week from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

- Must be willing to relocate to Pasir Gudang, Johor, Malaysia.
