About the Company:

With a track record of delivering complex projects in live environments, they’re looking for a Senior Project Coordinator to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

- Let and vet subcontractor packages
- Track and monitor project budgets and costs
- Coordinate design and documentation
- Assist with project programming and coordination
- Prepare project reporting, including progress and cost reporting
- Coordinate with Project Managers, consultants, subcontractors and internal stakeholders

About You
The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years commercial construction or fit out background and is looking to take the next step in their career.

You will be:

- Eager to learn and develop




- Proactive and willing to take initiative
- A strong communicator
- Comfortable taking responsibility and ownership
- Organised and able to manage competing priorities
- Confident with IT and project systems
