The Student Experience Network (SEN) is looking for a driven, relationship-focused Partnerships Development Coordinator to help us grow our impact across the Australian and New Zealand tertiary education sector. About the Role

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be at the heart of our mission to connect professionals dedicated to improving student life. You won’t just be "managing accounts"—you’ll be driving the growth of a national network by recruiting new members, securing high-value commercial partnerships, and uncovering grant opportunities that deliver real value to our members.

Working within a small, high-performing team, you’ll have the autonomy to implement growth strategies and the support to see them succeed.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Grow the Network: Proactively identify and recruit new member organisations that align with our values.

Drive Commercial Value: Manage and grow relationships with commercial partners, ensuring we deliver win-win outcomes.

Secure Funding: Identify and develop grant applications to amplify the services we provide to the sector.

Be the Face of SEN:



Represent the Network at sector events and engage confidently with senior stakeholders.

Pipeline Management: Use data and CRM tools to maintain accurate records of engagement and deal status.

A Proven Performer: You have experience in business development, membership growth, or partnership management.

A Natural Communicator: You can craft a compelling value proposition and present it clearly to anyone from a partner to a CEO.
