We’re looking for a confident, switched-on and people-focused Bookings & Sales Manager to join our team and help turn tattoo enquiries into booked appointments.

This isn’t your typical sales role.

You’ll be talking to people about something they’re genuinely excited about — their next tattoo. You’ll hear their ideas, understand what they want and help connect them with the right artist, style and studio.

You’ll be the person helping make that first interaction a great one.

What you’ll be doing

- Handle incoming bookings and enquiries across multiple studios

- Chat with clients through phone, Instagram and online channels

- Turn enquiries into bookings

- Build relationships with clients and keep them coming back

- Get a feel for what each client is looking for and match them with the right artist

- Work closely with tattoo artists and studio managers

- Keep bookings, client details and follow-ups organised

- Follow up leads and missed opportunities

- Hit sales and conversion targets

- Look for better ways to improve the client experience

You’ll probably fit right in if you...





- Have 3+ years’ experience in sales, customer service, bookings, hospitality or something similar

- Can talk to just about anyone

- Know how to build rapport without sounding like a salesperson

- Enjoy having targets to chase

- Are organised, proactive and quick on your feet

- Can juggle multiple enquiries without losing the details

- Bring personality, confidence and good energy

- Enjoy working around creative people

- Have an interest in tattoos, art or the creative world

You don't need tattoo industry experience. If you're good with people and willing to learn, we'll teach you the rest.
