Score Australasia is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to lead and strengthen the commercial performance of our business.

This is a key role reporting to the Head of Commercial APAC, working across Sales, Operations, Engineering, Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain and customers to drive profitability, manage commercial risk and support continued business growth.

About the Role

You will be responsible for:

- Developing commercial strategies to support growth and profitability

- Managing contracts, tenders, pricing, variations, claims and negotiations

- Identifying and managing commercial risks and opportunities

- Monitoring budgets, margins, forecasts and financial performance

- Managing key customer and stakeholder relationships

- Identifying new business and commercial opportunities

- Providing commercial advice and reporting to senior management and project teams

- Working closely with operational teams to ensure commercial commitments are delivered

- Ensuring contractual, regulatory and governance compliance

About You

We are looking for a commercially astute professional with:

- Proven experience in commercial management, contracts, project management or business development

- Strong contract, tender, pricing and negotiation experience





- Excellent financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting skills

- Solid stakeholder, influencing and relationship management skills

- Commercial risk management and problem-solving capability

- Excellent communication and attention to detail

- Experience with ERP systems

- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel

- A relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, Accounting/Finance, Engineering, Construction Management, or Law
