Audit Ready Consultants is recruiting on behalf of Utmost Solutions WA, a registered NDIS provider committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred disability support services.
We are seeking an organised and proactive Quality Administrator to join the team in a full-time role based in Cannington.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator who enjoys working in a structured environment, has a keen eye for detail, and is passionate about quality, compliance and supporting operational excellence.
Reporting to the leadership team, your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining participant and employee files to ensure documentation is accurate, complete and compliant.
- Maintaining quality, compliance and operational registers.
- Monitoring and following up internal audit actions and continuous improvement activities.
- Assisting with quality assurance and compliance processes in line with organisational policies and NDIS Practice Standards.
- Supporting participant onboarding, including attending initial client meetings where required.
- Coordinating and facilitating participant and support worker meet-and-greet appointments.
- Preparing, updating and maintaining administrative records, forms and documentation.
- Providing general administrative support to the management team.
- Assisting with the implementation and maintenance of policies, procedures and quality systems.
- Liaising professionally with participants, families, employees and external stakeholders.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Previous experience in an administration role, preferably within disability services, community services, health or aged care.
- Experience supporting quality, compliance or governance functions is highly regarded.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage confidential information.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Sound computer skills, including Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new software systems.
- The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a cooperative team.
Essential Requirements
- Current Australian Driver's Licence.
- Reliable motor vehicle.
- Current Australian working rights.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
- Current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
