Sister company to larger organisation, established 1988, that supplies to construction industry.

The Role
Excellent opportunity to become an important & valued member of our friendly team.

- Fabricate standard & custom products via, cutting, bending, & jigs etc.

- Manage own quality control & consistently produce quality work.

- Report directly to Production Manager.

- Work without supervision to produce quality results.

- Continuously improve workflow, efficiency, quality control, housekeeping & WHS.

- Occasionally make pickups & deliveries in small company truck (only requires auto car licence).

- Training provided as required.

The Candidate
The ideal candidate will:

- Be skilled, stable & seeking long term employment.

- Be a team player with high initiative, integrity & communication skills.

- Be able to work quickly,



unsupervised & self-manage quality.

- Have an exceptional eye for detail.

- Have sound literacy & numeracy.

- Have experience & knowledge of all machinery and tools.

- Have metal fabrication & manufacturing experience.

- Have a proven track record of producing quality work in a timely manner.

- Have both knowledge & experience of quality control methodology.

- Have a driver’s licence (automatic car or greater).

- Be friendly with a good sense of humour.

Bonus criteria

- Other metal fabrication & manufacturing experience i.e. manufacturing methodologies, production scheduling, design, quality control etc.

The Package
Competitive hourly rate (based on experience and criteria met) + superannuation. Permanent employment status with paid annual leave & sick leave. Mutual probationary period.
