ABOUT THE POSITION.

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will provide day to day engineering support and site supervision across active subdivision and earthworks projects. You will coordinate site activities, manage documentation and quality processes and liaise with subcontractors to keep works on program. This is a strong opportunity for an engineer looking to build their career with a contractor that offers genuine mentorship and project variety.

DUTIES.

This position will include and not be limited to:

• Providing site supervision and engineering support across subdivision and earthworks projects
• Coordinating subcontractors, plant and materials to meet program requirements
• Managing site documentation, quality records and inspection test plans
• Assisting with programming, procurement and progress reporting




• Supporting a strong safety culture through site inspections and toolbox talks

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.

To be successful in this role, you will ideally possess:

• Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
• Experience in subdivision, earthworks or civil infrastructure projects
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with site teams
• A proactive approach with a genuine interest in career progression
