- Excellent salary to commensurate with your valued clinical or occ rehab experience: $95K - $105K Base + Super with Contractor rates available for experienced rehabilitation consultants: $120 - $130/hr.

Following the relocation of the RC Director from SA to TAS, this provider has performed extremely well in the local market, built excellent relationships and grown an outstanding team. In your role, you will be working collaboratively with your client to achieve return to health and work outcomes in a safe and timely manner. This role is highly flexible and tailorable – you will be working alongside a team of highly skilled, professional contractors and consultants.

You will be responsible for the following:

- Completing assessments specific to your discipline - Worksite assessments, Functional Capacity assessments and more.

- Developing return to work plans

- Working across a few streams of work, providing you with an interesting, diverse caseload

- Return to work case management of your clients

- Liaison with key stakeholders.

- Working closely with a strong employment services division.

- Completion of high-level written reporting.

Requirements:

- Tertiary qualifications in Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Rehabilitation Counselling or Occupational Therapy (with relevant registration & membership with AHRPA, ASORC or ESSA).

- Positive and client-centred professional with great communication skills

- Excellent relationship building and influencing skills
