About the Role

NRI is looking for an experienced SAP Ariba Consultant to join our Managed Services Enterprise Applications team.

You'll provide functional and techno-functional expertise across SAP Ariba Sourcing, Contracts, Buying & Invoicing, Supplier Lifecycle & Performance and Ariba Network, supporting critical Source-to-Pay processes and integrations with SAP ECC.

PLEASE NOTE: Candidates must be eligible to get Security Clearance therefore we can only accept Australian Citizens.

What You'll Do

- Provide Level 2 & 3 support across SAP Ariba
- Support Sourcing, Contracts, Buying & Invoicing (P2P), SLP and Ariba Network
- Manage SAP ECC ↔ Ariba integrations using Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG)
- Support end-to-end Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes
- Configure Guided Buying, approval workflows, catalogues, sourcing templates and contract functionality
- Support supplier onboarding and enablement through Ariba Network
- Support master data synchronisation between SAP ECC and Ariba
- Troubleshoot application, integration, workflow and data issues
- Support quarterly Ariba releases,



testing, UAT and deployments
- Identify opportunities for process optimisation, automation and continuous improvement

What We're Looking For

- 5+ years' SAP Ariba experience within enterprise environments
- Strong functional expertise across Sourcing, Contracts, Buying & Invoicing, SLP and Ariba Network
- Experience integrating SAP ECC and SAP Ariba using CIG
- Strong understanding of Source-to-Pay and procurement processes
- Experience configuring Guided Buying, workflows, sourcing templates, contract workspaces and catalogues
- Supplier onboarding and enablement experience
- Robust troubleshooting and root cause analysis capability
- Experience with Ariba releases, regression testing and UAT
- Experience working within an ITIL Managed Services environment
- SAP Ariba certification, BTP integration exposure, S/4HANA Procurement and SAP Business Network experience would be advantageous.
