About the role

We are seeking a motivated self-starter who is meticulous, highly organised, and capable of working autonomously while delivering exceptional project outcomes. This is a full-time position that offers a fantastic opportunity to take charge of a diverse range of Industrial / Commercial construction projects from conception through to completion. As Project Manager, you will be the driving force behind successful project delivery, managing budgets, timelines, resources and teams to ensure every project meets our high standards of quality and client satisfaction. This role is integral to our continued success and growth within the construction industry.

Key responsibilities

1. Plan, organise and manage all aspects of construction projects, including scope, budget, schedule and resources

2. Lead and coordinate our design and engineering teams

3. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines and budgets whilst tracking progress against key milestones

4. Lead and coordinate site teams, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure efficient project execution

5. Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits to ensure compliance with specifications, standards and regulations

6. Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, drawings and correspondence

7. Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders and internal teams, providing regular progress updates and addressing concerns

8. Identify and mitigate project risks, implementing corrective actions when necessary

9. Monitor and control project costs, managing variations and change orders





10. Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations on all project sites

11. Prepare and present project reports to senior management and clients

What we're looking for

1. Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Building or related discipline (preferrable but not mandatory)

2. Minimum 5+ years' experience as a Project Manager in the design and construct industrial building industry

3. Proven track record successfully delivering projects on time and within budget

4. Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes and industry standards

5. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams

6. Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite

7. Strong financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets and cost control

8. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

9. Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail

10. Current driver's licence and willingness to work on-site

11. Proficient in Microsoft project and Procore Construction Management - highly desirable

12. Experience with WHS (Work Health and Safety) legislation and site safety management is advantageous
