As Project Elevate enters its most critical delivery phase, we're seeking a people-first Delivery Lead who can bring teams together, drive outcomes, and ensure successful execution. Beyond go-live, you'll help lay the foundations for Horizon 2, embedding new ways of working and identifying opportunities for ongoing innovation and improvement.

You'll step into the final stages of a major transformation program, where your ability to bring people together, maintain momentum, navigate complexity, and keep teams focused on outcomes will be essential. What You'll Do

- Lead and support Agile squads through the final stages of Project Elevate, ensuring teams remain focused, engaged, and aligned to delivery priorities.

- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, workshops, planning sessions, and retrospectives that drive collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

- Remove obstacles, manage dependencies, and proactively address risks to help squads maintain momentum and achieve outcomes.

- Partner closely with Product Managers, Product Owners, stakeholders, and leadership to ensure delivery remains aligned to strategic objectives and member outcomes.

What You'll Need To Have

- Proven experience as a Delivery Lead, within complex transformation or technology programs.

- Strong knowledge of Agile principles and frameworks, including experience coaching teams to improve delivery outcomes and ways of working.

- Experience managing risks, dependencies, cross-functional collaboration, and multiple concurrent delivery streams.

- Demonstrated success working with diverse stakeholders to deliver organisational change, process improvements, and business transformation outcomes.
