⭐Seeking a Part-time HR Administrator/Officer⭐

About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Administrator/Officer to join our small People & Culture team. This role provides essential operational support across HR functions, with a strong emphasis on recruitment and onboarding, as well as supporting and delivering Learning and Development (L&D;) initiatives.
The hours will be based in the office, Monday to Friday 08:30 - 14:30, totalling 27.5hrs per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate communication, interview scheduling, and reference checks
- Coordinate and administer employee learning programs and career development initiatives
- Support the planning and delivery of internal and external training sessions
- Maintain accurate training records and ensure compliance with organisational and regulatory requirements
- Assist in identifying and implementing learning opportunities that support workforce capability
- Support compliance training requirements and reporting
- Support onboarding processes to ensure a smooth and engaging experience for new employees
- Prepare employment contracts and onboarding documentation
- Maintain accurate employee records within HR systems
- Collaborate with the HR Business Partner and Head of People & Business Services to ensure effective HR service delivery
- Contribute to fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth

Qualifications & Licences
- Diploma in Human Resources
- Current National Police Clearance (or ability to obtain one)
- Valid WA ‘C’ class driver’s licence (essential)
Knowledge & Experience
- Previous experience in a Human Resources or Learning & Development support role
- Experience in recruitment and onboarding processes
- Understanding of learning and development frameworks and adult learning principles (desirable)
- Familiarity with HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
- Experience maintaining HR records and databases with a high level of accuracy
