With a collaborative and hands-on team, they deliver end-to-end solutions from concept design through to construction and final handover, working closely with clients to achieve high-quality outcomes.The RoleLead and attend client meetings, interpreting briefs into design solutionsPrepare initial space planning and floorplansDevelop look & feel concepts, including finishes, materials,



and mood boardsProduce and coordinate a full set of design documentation for constructionCollaborate with internal project and delivery teamsManage multiple projects across commercial fitout sectorsContribute across all project phases from concept to completionSkills & Experience4–8+ years' experience in interior design (commercial / workplace / fitout preferred)Proficiency in ArchiCAD or Revit (essential)Strong space planning and technical documentation skillsExperience delivering projects from concept to completionConfident presenting to clients and managing stakeholder relationshipsAbility to work in a quick-paced, design & construct environmentStrong attention to detail and problem-solving abilityWhat's on OfferExposure to projects across AustraliaJoin a collaborative, tight-knit teamEnd-to-end project involvement – from concept through to constructionSupport from an in-house CAD Manager and delivery teamOpportunity to grow within a dynamic design & construct businessSalary range $100k - $120k + Super
