If you're passionate about early childhood education and thrive in a nurturing, team-oriented setting - we'd love to hear from you.About the roleAs an ELC Co-Educator, you'll step in to support our ELC team when needed, helping to maintain a warm, consistent and stimulating learning environment for our youngest students.
You'll work collaboratively alongside our educators, assist with daily routines, and ensure children feel safe, supported and engaged.

What you'll doProvide seamless, high-quality care and learning support when regular Co-Educators are absentAssist in implementing the daily ELC routine and developmental programAttend to the individual and group needs of children in a nurturing and professional mannerWork as a collaborative and flexible member of the ELC teamEnsure compliance with Children's Services Regulations at all timesMaintain respectful and professional relationships with students, staff and familiesWhat we're looking forPrevious experience in an Early Learning Centre or early childhood settingDiploma in Early Childhood Education (preferred)Current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificatesCurrent Working With Children Check (WWCC)A genuine passion for the care and development of young childrenFlexible, reliable and a great team playerCommitment to child safety and professional best practiceWhy join us?
