With a strong pipeline of secured work across major commercial, health, education and technically challenging projects, this builder has built an outstanding reputation for delivering complex projects with a cooperative culture, excellent systems and a well-resourced project team.This role will see you joining an experienced commercial team on a landmark project, working alongside a Commercial Manager, Contracts Manager, multiple Senior Contract Administrators and Contract Administrators.The Role:Manage the commercial delivery of major subcontract packages from procurement through to final accountPrepare, negotiate and administer subcontract packages, including claims, variations and progress paymentsMonitor project costs,



budgets and forecasting to support commercial performanceWork closely with the Project Manager, Site Team and Commercial Manager to drive programme and commercial outcomesBuild strong relationships with subcontractors, consultants and clients while supporting risk management and contract administrationRequired Experience:Degree qualified in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or a related discipline5+ years' experience as a Contract Administrator or Senior Contract Administrator with a head contractorExperience delivering major commercial new build projects valued $100M+Strong knowledge of procurement, subcontract administration and cost managementAbility to work collaboratively within a large, well-resourced project team
