As a Senior Supervisor, you'll partner closely with the leadership team to bring our store to life - making sure it's safe, well-stocked and ready for customers.

We provide an adult pay rate for 18 years of age and above at $***** per hour for this role.What's involvedThis is a hands‐on leadership role where you'll contribute across all parts of store operations.
You'll have the opportunity to:Lead from the front, creating a welcoming, safe and well-presented store environment that sets the tone for a great customer experienceSupport day‐to‐day store operations, including opening and closing,



and stepping into site leadership when requiredCoach and guide team members on the shop floor, helping them deliver knowledgeable and helpful serviceKeep the store running smoothly through effective workforce planning, stock flow and replenishmentDrive a strong safety culture by promoting safe practices and supporting team wellbeingResolve customer queries in a practical, helpful way that builds trust and loyaltyLook for better ways of working, improving efficiency and supporting the rollout of new tools or processesPlay a key role in onboarding and developing team members, supporting their growth and confidence on the jobAbout YouYou're someone who enjoys being part of a team and helping others succeed.
