Our Projects team is searching for a Projects Control Manager to be responsible for cost, schedule, risk, change and reporting across our projects.
You will lead the Project Controls Team in giving real-time visibility to act before issues become problems.
You'll drive risk and opportunity management, gate reviews, client invoicing and performance reporting, working closely with the Project Manager, Change Manager, Contract Manager and Interface Manager.
It's a role where you shape how the project actually performs, with exposure across EPC coordination and bid preparation too.
In this role, some of the following duties you will undertake but not limited to:
Ensure the Project Control functions (cost control, planning / scheduling and progress, risk management, management of change, gate reviews and reporting
Establish the Project Controls Plan in accordance with the contract and PEP and communicate it to all stakeholders
Ensure the Project Controls Team (PCT) is setup and staffed adequately, and that transparent individual roles and responsibilities are defined
Ensure all the Project Controls functions are correctly setup.
Manage and align project controls functions in line with the project objectives
Provide schedule and financial visibility to the Project Team to manage the project including taking corrective actions when appropriate.
Manage the Client invoicing as per contract requirements.
Deliver reporting / progress measurement / performance measurements / forecast metrics in accordance with the contract and PEP.
Work in close cooperation with the Project Manager, Change Manager, Contract Manager and Interface Manager and other PMT members.
Manage the Project Risk and Opportunities process and report exposure and to recommend contingency levels.
Manage the Gate Review process on the Project
Assists in coordinating engineering procurement and construction activities in conjunction with overall project schedule requirements
Participate in Bids preparation
