Select how often (in days) to receive an alert:Atturra is seeking an experienced and motivated ServiceNow Platform Architect to join our growing ServiceNow practice.This role is ideal for a certified ServiceNow architect who is passionate about helping organisations move beyond traditional ITSM and leverage the platform to design and deliver end-to-end workflows across their entire business and technology landscape.You will operate as a senior technical leader, combining hands‐on delivery with architecture ownership and pre‐sales solutioning.
While this role aligns to a principal‐level capability, we are open to individuals who may have taken different paths to get there — particularly those with strong architectural thinking, curiosity, and a desire to grow.Responsibilities:Act as the technical design authority for ServiceNow implementations, owning end-to-end solution architecture including platform securityDesign scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions aligned to:ServiceNow best practices and roadmapGovernment and regulatory requirementsOwn architectural decisions across:IntegrationsCMDBSecurity and access controlsPerformance and scalabilityHands-On DeliveryContribute directly to delivery, balancing architecture leadership with hands‐on implementationEnsure solutions are practical, implementable, and aligned to real customer outcomesEnterprise Workflow DesignHelp customers design and implement workflows that extend across both business and technology domainsMove beyond ITSM and support adoption across broader ServiceNow capabilities and enterprise use casesTranslate business challenges into platform‐enabled solutions that deliver measurable valueLead requirements and co‐design workshops with business and technical stakeholdersOperate as a trusted technical advisor to senior stakeholdersContribute to pre‐sales activities including:Technical inputs to proposals and estimatesCustomer presentations and bidsSupport the shaping of solutions that align to customer outcomes and Atturra capabilitiesQuality & Security OwnershipEnsure solutions meet defined quality standards and architectural guardrailsIdentify and mitigate technical and security risks early in the delivery lifecycleSupport the growth and maturity of the ServiceNow practice through:Development of reusable assets and architectural patternsCoaching and mentoring of consultants and developersContribute to a culture of technical excellence and continuous learningWorking Conditions:Permanent full time or contractOpen to all major locations e.g., Sydney/Canberra/Melbourne/Brisbane/PerthWhat will make you successful in this role?
