This is a varied, hands‐on role suited to a designer who enjoys moving between different projects, audiences and creative styles.You'll also help develop practical templates and design systems that make it easier for the wider team to produce consistent, on‐brand materials.What You'll Be DoingDesigning across five distinct brand identities while maintaining consistency and qualityProducing capability statements, tender submissions, templates, signage and event collateralCreating social media assets, EDMs and website contentWorking across platforms including HubSpot, Webflow and digital asset management systemsSupporting the art direction of photography,



videography and broader content creationEditing and repurposing existing visual contentDeveloping templates and simple systems that enable teams to self‐serve everyday marketing materialsManaging competing priorities across multiple brands and projectsAbout YouYou'll bring:Two to three years' experience in graphic designStrong proficiency across Adobe Creative SuiteExperience with Figma, Webflow and HubSpot, or the ability to learn these platforms quicklyA portfolio demonstrating capability across both print and digital designStrong attention to detail and an understanding of brand consistencyThe ability to manage multiple projects without compromising qualityA collaborative, adaptable and commercially minded approachAn interest in emerging AI‐enabled creative tools and new ways of workingExperience in an in‐house design role will be highly regarded, although designers with relevant agency experience are also encouraged to apply.Why Join Mazzei Group?
