About the RoleAs Team Lead Brisbane, you'll be a senior leader responsible for:
Leading the delivery of complex geotechnical projects
Developing and mentoring a growing team
Building strong client relationships and driving business growth
Managing project performance, budgets and resourcing
Contributing to strategic planning and the future direction of the Brisbane business




Championing a culture of technical excellence, collaboration and innovation
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, developing people, and creating opportunities through strong client relationships.About YouYou'll bring:
A degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
RPEQ and Chartered status (or working towards)
Strong geotechnical engineering expertise
Experience leading teams, projects and client relationships
Proven business development capability
A collaborative leadership style and growth mindset
