You'll be part of a team that values connection, warmth and balance, working in an environment designed to make people feel good.We're looking for a confident, upbeat Part-Time Front of House Team Member to join our team, working across our Port Beach and Point Walter venues.This is a Front of House role, but we want to be really explicit about what that means at Alchemy.Cleaning and venue presentation are a significant part of every shift.You'll absolutely spend time welcoming guests, managing bookings, answering questions and creating the warm customer experience Alchemy is known for.
But you'll also spend a substantial portion of your shift cleaning saunas, bathrooms and shared spaces, resetting rooms, restocking supplies and keeping the venue looking immaculate.This role suits someone who genuinely enjoys being active and hands-on.
You're just as comfortable grabbing cleaning equipment and resetting a sauna as you are having a great conversation with a guest.This is a part-time contracted position with regular, ongoing hours across both Port Beach and Point Walter.What You'll Be Doing
Welcoming and checking in guests with warmth and confidence
Answering customer questions and managing bookings
Supporting smooth guest flow during busy periods
Creating genuine connections with our community
Working alongside your team to keep the venue running smoothly




Regularly cleaning and resetting saunas throughout your shift
Cleaning bathrooms, change areas, floors and shared spaces
Completing detailed opening, closing and scheduled cleaning tasks
Restocking towels, amenities and venue supplies
Constantly monitoring the venue and proactively cleaning or tidying where needed
Maintaining the exceptionally high presentation standards expected across Alchemy venues
About You
Friendly, confident and genuinely people-focused
Happy to be hands-on and understands that cleaning and venue presentation are a significant part of the role
Experience in hospitality, customer service or wellbeing environments is preferred
Organised, reliable and proactive in a busy environment
Comfortable taking initiative and spotting what needs to be done
Tech-friendly and confident using booking and payment systems
A team player who thrives on connection, community and great energy
Comfortable and able to work across both Port Beach and Point Walter
