You deserve better - and it starts here.About the RoleCoreTemp Australia is looking for a qualified HVAC Technician with broad experience across commercial and industrial service, maintenance, breakdowns and diagnostics.You'll work across a variety of commercial HVAC systems throughout Victoria, including Centra Plant Equipment, VRV/VRF, ducted systems, package units, ventilation and other mechanical services.But this isn't just another job.This is a genuine chance to grow with a rapidly developing business, with potential career progression into senior technical and service management roles.You'll be joining a tight-knit, family-oriented team where your skills are valued, your work is supported, and we understand the importance of maintaining a healthy work-life balance.We want our technicians to have the time, resources and support to do the job properly, while still making it home in time for what matters.Your Responsibilities & SkillsCommissioning of HVAC services, including VRV/VRF systems and other plant equipmentService and maintenance of commercial HVAC systemsBreakdown diagnosis, fault finding and repairsPreventative maintenance of all types equipmentExperience with a range of commercial HVAC equipment and systemsSupervision and training of apprenticesExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to complete service reports and paperwork accurately and on timeDaikin system and controls experience desirable, with further training provided to the successful candidateKnowledge of Full Function Fire Testing (FFFT)
