What You Will Get To Do:Contribute toward a team covering one or more client relationshipsDeliver accurate and timely work product within specified deliverables timelines,



and in coordination with the Manager and other team membersReview/prepare all transaction documentation and supporting files, and understand the features of the investment transactions, accruals, etc.Perform bank reconciliations, process journal entries, and prepare supporting financial schedulesHandle daily/routine client information requestsReview/prepare work paper files for accuracy and completeness, including capital activity, investment activity, income and expense accruals, valuation adjustments, etc.Review/prepare management fee calculations and supporting schedulesReview/prepare investor allocations and capital account statementsReview/prepare capital call and distribution calculations, sources/uses of cash, allocations, and investor noticesUpdate distribution waterfall (carried interest) models, in keeping with the applicable fund termsPreparation of financial statements, notes disclosures, and supporting schedulesSupport the year-end audit process, in collaboration with the team, client, and auditorsWhere applicable, support the tax team with information to prepare tax compliance/reportsSupport corporate goals and business/departmental initiativesWhat You Will Bring:Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related discipline, or equivalent qualified experience.Exposure to Hedge Funds.Strong understanding of accounting principles, fund structures, and investment products.Experience preparing, reviewing, or overseeing financial statements, NAV calculations, and investor reporting.Strong organisational skills and attention to detail,



with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with clients and stakeholders.Proactive and solutions-focused mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.Leadership, coaching, and people management experience will be highly regarded for Associate Manager and Manager-level opportunities.Skilled qualifications such as CA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent are highly regarded but not essential for all levels.We encourage applications from people of all backgrounds to enable us to bring diverse perspectives to our thinking and conversation.
