Job SummaryWedded Wonderland is seeking a Luxury Travel Consultant to deliver high-touch, concierge-level travel support for destination weddings, milestone celebrations, and their guests.
This role supports complex, multi-party travel arrangements in collaboration with senior luxury travel specialists, wedding planners, venues, and global travel partners.The position requires precision, professionalism, and availability across weekends and holidays to ensure uninterrupted support during live wedding and travel periods.Key ResponsibilitiesTravel Coordination and ResearchSupport the coordination of travel itineraries for destination weddings, honeymoons, guest travel, and post-event extensionsAssist with accommodation, transfers, and experience arrangements aligned with wedding and celebration schedulesEnsure all travel components are accurate, date-aligned, and appropriate for group and event-based travelExecute travel arrangements based on approved designs and plans prepared by senior luxury travel specialistsClient, Guest, and Planner CommunicationCommunicate professionally with guests, planners, and partners via WhatsApp, email, and phoneDeliver calm, discreet, and culturally sensitive support to international and high-expectation clientsAssist guests with travel-related inquiries, logistics clarifications, and itinerary updatesMaintain professionalism when supporting emotionally sensitive events such as weddings and celebrationsOperations and Issue ManagementMonitor active travel bookings and guest movements during assigned shiftsProactively identify potential conflicts or risks related to dates, rooming lists, arrivals,



and transfersResolve standard travel issues independently and escalation complex matters to senior specialists when requiredMaintain high responsiveness and accountability during weekend and holiday operationsAdministrative and CRM SupportAccurately log bookings, guest details, notes, and communications in internal CRM systemsMaintain organized, client-ready documentation including itineraries and confirmationsCoordinate internally on billing support, confirmations, and operational follow-upsEnsure all records remain complete and current throughout the wedding or celebration lifecycleSupplier and Partner CoordinationCoordinate with hotels, transfer providers, and local service partners to support approved travel plansRepresent Wedded Wonderland professionally in all supplier interactionsSupport relationship continuity between planners, venues, and travel fulfillment partnersMaintain awareness of key destination wedding and luxury travel locations globallyRequirementsJob RequirementsMinimum 5 years' experience in luxury travel, travel coordination, concierge services, hospitality operations, or related rolesProven experience supporting complex itineraries and group travelStrong written and verbal English communication skillsComfortable managing communication across WhatsApp, email, and phoneHigh attention to detail when preparing guest-facing itineraries and documentationAbility to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesAvailability to support weekend and holiday operations as requiredExperience supporting premium or high-expectation clientsNice to HaveExposure to destination weddings, events, or luxury travel environmentsExperience working with international clients and distributed teamsFamiliarity with CRM systems or travel coordination platformsBackground in hospitality, concierge services, or executive supportThis role focuses on execution excellence, experience protection, and operational precision within a luxury weddings and celebrations ecosystem.
