synthetic and real-user monitoringUsing Davis AI and platform analytics to support root-cause analysisImproving event management processes supporting incident and problem resolutionDeveloping technical documentation, knowledge articles and performance trend analysisSkills and Experience we are looking for:Extensive experience administering Dynatrace in complex enterprise environmentsStrong capability in alert configuration, threshold management and dashboard developmentExperience with OneAgent, ActiveGate, Automation Workflows and Dynatrace APIsKnowledge of log management, analytics, custom metrics and platform extensionsExperience across application performance and infrastructure monitoringStrong analytical skills, including interpreting performance data and identifying service trendsEffective stakeholder engagement skills and experience working with internal and external service providers
