To find out more visit our website at the roleMSS Security is seeking a Security Site Lead to oversee the daily operations of security services at a Data Centre located in Melbourne.This position requires a Positive Vetting clearance.
A competitive allowance of up to $20,000 per year will be provided to successful applicants who hold or obtain the clearance.Duties include but are not limited to:Team leadership :Lead, support and mentor a team of up to 15 security officers, managing performance, attendance and presentation.Security operations: Oversee daily security operations, ensuring site procedures and client requirements are upheld.Site compliance: Conduct site inspections and toolbox briefings to ensure security officers maintain required licences and training.Incident management: Respond to and manage security incidents and emergencies, ensuring appropriate escalation and documentation.Operational coverage: Manage shift drops and site coverage.Client relationship management:



Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, responding promptly to service requests.Requirements:Prior experience in a security team leader, supervisory or managerial role.Prior data centre experience is highly regarded.Must be an Australian Citizen.Hold or willing to obtain a Positive Vetting clearance (sponsorship available).
