With a solid focus on retail applications and technology, you'll manage and support systems including POS, EFTPOS, hardware, software and other retail platforms, while also providing hands‐on technical support across our store network.
Acting as a key ICT contact for Retail, you'll work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to troubleshoot issues, improve systems and processes, and support the implementation of new technology.
This role requires travel to retail and regional locations as needed, with a travel allowance provided.
You'll also participate in a rotating weekend support roster, typically during retail trading hours, with Time in Lieu and applicable allowances provided.About youYou're a practical and solutions-focused ICT professional who enjoys combining technical problem‐solving with stakeholder engagement.
Comfortable working both remotely and on‐site, you can communicate technical information clearly and confidently to people with varying levels of technical knowledge.You will bring:2+ years' experience in a similar ICT support or retail technology role and/or a relevant qualificationExperience supporting retail technology, including POS, EFTPOS, hardware,



software and network connectivityStrong troubleshooting and problem‐solving skills across hardware, software and applicationsKnowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, Business Central and CRM platformsExperience with Shopify and Omnivore is highly regardedStrong communication and stakeholder management skills, including working with third‐party vendorsThe ability to manage competing priorities, work independently and take a proactive approachA valid driver's licence and flexibility to travel to retail and regional locations as requiredAlignment with the values and mission of the St Vincent de Paul SocietyKey ResponsibilitiesManage and support retail applications, including POS, EFTPOS and other store technologyProvide remote and on‐site ICT support across retail locationsTroubleshoot hardware, software, network and internet issuesConfigure and deploy ICT equipment and enrol devices through Microsoft IntuneWork with internal stakeholders and external vendors to resolve issues and improve retail technologySupport the testing and implementation of new systems, applications and integrationsMaintain and improve ICT processes, procedures and service deliveryParticipate in the rotating weekend on‐call support rosterContribute to continuous improvement across the retail technology environmentWhy join Vinnies?
