You'll work closely with operational leaders across global and Australia to drive financial performance, improve reporting and controls, support strategic decision-making, and ensure compliance across multiple jurisdictions.Key ResponsibilitiesLead month-end, quarter-end and year-end reporting for entities, including board reporting packs and forecastsBuild and maintain trusted relationships with senior leaders internationally and across other business units, operating effectively across time zonesBring a commercial lens to pricing, contract and margin discussions, going beyond standard reporting to actively shape business decisionsOversee statutory reporting, external audit coordination, tax compliance (income tax, sales and use tax,



withholding tax)Drive continuous improvement across finance processes, including support for ERP implementations and system upgradesMentor finance team members and build relationships across international finance teams and business unitsAbout YouCA or CPA qualified, with 5+ years' experience in finance, accounting or commercial finance rolesBackground within a Big 4 or mid-tier firm and/or a multinational corporate environmentExposure multi-currency reporting environments, ERP implementation or finance transformation projects highly regardedStrong financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and analytical capabilitiesExperience managing statutory compliance and external audit processesAdvanced Excel and financial systems experienceWhat's on OfferState-of-the-art global headquartersGenuine international exposure, partnering directly with senior leadership across multiple marketsCompetitive package, commensurate with experience
