With an established national consulting team, the organisation offers a diverse working environment with strong professional development, clinical supervision and opportunities for career progression.Role Overview:As the lead Organisational Psychologist, you will join the national Consulting team in a permanent part-time position based in Canberra (.8FTE).
This role is ideal for an experienced Psychologist looking to move beyond a traditional clinical caseload and gain exposure across workplace mental health, training and facilitation, coaching, psychosocial risk and organisational consulting.
You will work closely with a variety of clients to design and deliver evidence-based workplace mental health initiatives while managing consulting projects of varying size and complexity.Key Responsibilities:Deliver engaging workplace mental health and wellbeing training and consulting servicesDesign and facilitate evidence-based training programs for organisationsProvide coaching,
