Fantech is the leading manufacturer and supplier, of traditional and innovative air movement products for commercial, industrial, and domestic applications, with a strong presence across Australia and beyond.We have an opportunity at our Dandenong South office for a proactive Customer Service Representative to join our Customer Service team.Job DescriptionThe Role:Provide a focal point for all incoming enquiries from Fantech's branches/distributors.Collect and interpret incoming purchase orders and enter into the internal systemMonitor the order tracking system to ensure jobs are on trackAdvise Sales teams of any delays or issues affecting sales orders or transfers as advised by OperationsLiaise with Sales Engineers/customers to resolve questions, inconsistencies, or missing data on customer purchase ordersEnter interstate orders and acknowledge upon completion, after checking with production schedulingConduct order follow-ups and provide feedback in response to customer and sales engineer enquiriesMake necessary corrections to information entered and record all changesDesired Skills and ExperienceWho are you?
