high-quality supports from day one.What You'll Be DoingDeliver person-centred careStep into urgent or complex support situationsAssist with new client transitions and stabilising care arrangementsSupport clients with personal care, community access, and daily livingProvide high intensity and complex care support (where trained)Maintain clear communication and accurate documentationWhat We're Looking ForCertificate IV in Disability, Aged Care, Community Services, or similarExperience supporting clients with complex needs and behavioursCurrent First Aid, CPR, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and Working with Children CheckVictorian driver's licence and fully insured vehicleStrong communication and problem-solving skillsFlexibility to travel across Victoria, including occasional overnight staysNursing backgrounds highly regarded
