South Coast Radiology (SCR) is the longest standing radiology provider to Southeast Queensland and part of the Australia-wide Integral Diagnostics (IDX) radiology group network.About the roleWe currently have an opportunity for a Part Time Registered Nurse (12 Month Maternity Leave contract till ****) to join our team based at Pindara Hospital on the Gold Coast.
Reporting to the Nurse in Charge, you will provide the highest standard of service to our patients and Radiologists, supporting diagnostic and interventional radiological procedures.Key DutiesProvide a high standard of care to patients, technical staff, and RadiologistsEnsure Workplace Health and Safety practices are always observedAdmission, monitoring, and recovery of patients undergoing interventional procedures such as biopsies, vascular access devices, pain management, stents, and drainagesPICC line insertion (training provided)Apply sound knowledge for post-procedure care, recovery,
