Villa Maria Fortitude Valley is seeking compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistants to join our Residential Aged Care team.
We have Permanent and Casual opportunities available, offering flexibility and rewarding work in a supportive environment and we are looking for more than 1 year of work experience as a PCA in aged care setting.About the RoleAs a Personal Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting residents to live with dignity, comfort and independence by delivering high-quality personal care in line with individual care plans.Key responsibilities include:Assisting residents with personal hygiene, showering, dressing and toiletingSupporting residents with mobility, meals and social engagementProviding companionship and contributing to residents' overall wellbeingPreparing and tidying resident rooms and communal dining areasResponding promptly to resident call bellsObserving and reporting changes in resident condition to the Registered NurseSupporting a safe, respectful and team-oriented care environmentAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you will bring:Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Individual Support or equivalentPrevious experience in residential aged care (desirable)A warm,
