With a strong pipeline of upcoming work, we're looking for a capable Contract Administrator to join their team and support the commercial and delivery functions across multiple projects.The Role is reporting to the Project Manager / Construction Manager, you will provide end-to-end contract administration support from subcontractor engagement through to project close-out, ensuring strong cost control, clean documentation, and smooth project delivery.Key responsibilitiesAdminister head contract and subcontract packages (scopes, compliance, execution, and registers)Procurement support: RFQs, comparisons, recommendations, purchase orders, expediting and delivery trackingProgress claims and payment schedules; reconcile variations and time impactsManage variations (upstream/downstream), EOT support, and project cost reportingMaintain project documentation (RFI/submittals, Aconex/Procore/Excel registers, correspondence)Assist with forecasting, cost-to-complete, and monthly reportingSupport site and consultant coordination (meetings,



minutes, actions, document control)Contribute to practical commercial outcomes and continuous improvement of systems/templatesWhat we're looking forProven experience as a Contract Administrator in construction (industrial experience highly regarded)Strong understanding of subcontractor engagement, progress claims, variations and procurementConfident communication style - able to liaise with PMs, site teams, suppliers and subcontractorsHigh attention to detail with robust follow-through and deadline managementIntermediate to advanced MS Excel skills; experience with Aconex/Procore (or similar) is advantageousRelevant qualifications in Construction Management, QS, Engineering or similarWhat's on OfferSecure role with a growing industrial builderWorking in a close knit teamStrong project pipeline and hands-on support from experienced leadersCompetitive salary package based on experienceCareer development pathway toward Senior CA / Project Management
