This is a hands-on leadership role with a small kitchen and close-knit team.Key responsibilitiesLeading, training and managing a small kitchen teamPreparing and delivering consistent, high-quality gastro-pub foodManaging kitchen rosters and staffing requirementsManaging food costs, stock levels, ordering and wasteMaintaining appropriate labour and food cost targetsEnsuring food safety, hygiene and WHS requirements are consistently maintainedWorking closely with venue management to continually improve the food offering and overall guest experienceContributing to menu development and seasonal changesAbout youPrevious experience as a Head Chef, Sous Chef or in a similar senior kitchen roleStrong rostering and kitchen team management experienceUnderstanding of food costing, stock control,
