The team has successfully represented hundreds of patients and their families across all areas of medical negligence, including coronial inquests.Working closely with a team of experienced lawyers, you will play an integral role in supporting the day-to-day management of files, delivering exceptional client service and helping achieve positive outcomes for our clients.




This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Legal Assistant looking to further develop their career in a highly regarded practice.What you will be responsible for:Providing high-quality administrative and legal support to the Medical Negligence teamManaging client communication and maintaining strong client relationshipsPreparing legal correspondence, court documents, briefs and hearing materialsCoordinating medical records, expert reports and other file documentationManaging file administration, including electronic and hard copy filing, opening and closing files, and diary managementLiaising with barristers, medical experts, courts and other external stakeholdersAssisting lawyers with court and coronial inquest preparation where requiredThese responsibilities reflect the Legal Assistant role, including client relationship management, court preparation, practice management and document management.The experience we are looking for:Previous experience as a Legal Assistant or generaladministrationExperience in litigation or personal injury will be highly regarded, although not essentialOutstanding organisational skills with exceptional attention to detailStrong communication and relationship-building skillsThe ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environmentA compassionate and client-focused approachProficiency in Microsoft Office and strong digital literacyYou will be a proactive team player who enjoys supporting others,
