COOK (Full Time- 38 hours per week ) Moor Newcastle Eastrequires a Full-Time Cook located in Newcastle NSW **** with a minimum qualification of Certificate III /IV in Commercial cookery and three years of work experience in a similar role.
The ideal candidates will have a strong understanding and knowledge of food and ingredients.
You will report directly to the Manager and/or Director of the business however, you will also display solid teamwork skills in the kitchen operation environment.Duties and responsibilitiesPrepare ingredients to use in cooking by chopping and peeling vegetables & fruits, cutting meat,
