You thrive in a fast-paced environment, build strong stakeholder relationships and aren't afraid to challenge assumptions to drive better outcomes.You'll bring:Experience in FP&A;, commercial finance, financial analysis or business partneringA background in a Big 4, mid-tier accounting firm and/or an in-house FP&A; environmentStrong financial modelling, forecasting and analytical capabilitiesExcellent communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships across the businessA degree in Finance, Commerce, Accounting or a related discipline, with CA or CPA qualification (or working towards completion) highly regardedAbout UsJourney Beyond's Resorts & Lodges division includes a growing portfolio of unique accommodation experiences, including Ayers Rock Resort, Sal Salis Ningaloo Reef, Monarto Safari Resort and other remote lodge operations.
