You will lead the development and implementation of HSE strategies, systems and initiatives that strengthen safety performance, manage operational risk and ensure compliance across our drilling operations.Key Responsibilities:Overall management and responsibility for HSE at sitesDelivery of business HSE systems programsDeliver a developed reporting framework within the business for HSEShall ensure that all activities include appropriate HSE provisions and planning.Deliver information on HSE matters and communicate it to all staff through the designated communication channels.Comply with all the standards and procedures and applicable legislation and regulations.Deliver HSE initiatives.Coach and mentor staff in HSE matters and systemsInvestigate HSE incidents and prepare reports on such incidents for consideration by the General Manager, Regional and Operations Managers, and Client Representatives.Monitor HSE performance indicators,
