You know that quality matters and that delivering results requires a great team.In this role, you'll:Perform road maintenance and manual labouring tasks using plant and equipment and powered and non-powered hand toolsRoad maintenance activities may include, but not limited to, grass cutting, drain cleaning, pavement repair and incident responseWork collaboratively with the team including Team Leaders and Works Supervisors to manage the day-to-day operations and tasks as well as resolve issues that may ariseOn occasion attend call outs when requiredKeep up to date with WHS legislation and policies and procedures as it relates to minimising risk and keeping to safe work standardsWork a 9-day fortnight rosterFor more information on this position and business unit, view the role description and information pack.About YouWe're seeking a team-oriented worker who has an eye for detail and is used to working in similar environments.You are a practical thinker,



quick learner and great communicator who enjoys being physically active performing outdoor manual tasks involving the use of hand tools and equipment within a team setting.You must hold the following qualifications:White CardCurrent driver's licenceTraffic Controller Card – Implement Traffic Control PlanTraffic Controller Card – Traffic Controller (TCR)Willingness to undertake any legislated or internal licensing or ticketing requirements as directedYou must have previous experience as a Road Worker or related civil construction experience.We take WH&S; and the management of fatigue of our employees seriously.
