As our current Field Service Technician in Adelaide, you will be FLSmidth's face on‐site, delivering expert service on our KREBS pumps, cyclones and valves to customers across South Australia and beyond.
Backed by a specialist engineering team and with real variety between workshop and field, this is a role where your trade skills directly drive customer success.About the teamYou will join FLSmidth's Pumps, Cyclones & Valves (PCV) business line – a specialist team delivering OEM service, parts and technical support to the Australian mining and minerals processing sector.Your responsibilitiesService, maintain and repair FLS pumps, cyclones and valves to OEM standard on customer sites and in the workshopAttend breakdowns and planned maintenance activities, maximising equipment availability for customersConduct equipment inspections and audits, producing detailed photographic service reports with recommendationsSupport the installation and commissioning of new PCV equipment across SA and interstate territoriesPrepare, refurbish and test equipment in the workshop when not deployed in the fieldCollaborate with PCV Service Engineers & Sales Managers to resolve complex technical issues and deliver quality outcomesChampion safety compliance on every job – identify hazards, report incidents and uphold FLS safety standardsWhat you bringTrade qualification (Mechanical Fitter or equivalent)
