AO5 Projects Support & Controls Officer | Brisbane CBD | 12-Month Contract We are looking for an experienced AO5 Projects Support & Controls Officer that's a strong all-rounder who can coordinate executive-facing work, manage high-level documentation, and keep priorities moving in a fast-paced setting for a 12-month assignment (with possible 12-month extension) based in Brisbane CBD.
What's on offer Brisbane CBD 12-month assignment + possible 12-month extension $***** - $***** per hour + super Full-time, adaptable working arrangements Key responsibilities Provide high-level project and business support to senior stakeholders Coordinate high-level corporate documentation and processes (incl. COI, Parliamentary and Estimates-related items) Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes Draft and prepare correspondence, briefs and reports Support reporting requirements and emerging priority work across the business unit Use systems such as Aurion, SAP and Power BI (or similar)



to generate reports and interpret information Assist with procurement and general coordination tasks as required What we're looking for Demonstrated experience in a senior executive/senior officer office environment (highly regarded) Solid coordination, writing and stakeholder engagement skills Confidence working with reporting tools / information systems (Aurion, SAP, Power BI or similar) Ability to manage competing deadlines and work effectively under pressure Solid attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused approach At Chandler Macleod, we are committed to fostering a diverse workforce where everyone is welcome.
