About the Role
As a Service Advisor, you'll be the key link between our customers and workshop team, ensuring every vehicle receives the attention, communication and service it deserves.
You'll be responsible for:
Delivering a premium and personalised customer experienceManaging customers throughout the vehicle servicing and repair journeyConducting vehicle check-ins and accurately documenting customer requirementsLiaising closely with Technicians and the Workshop teamPreparing accurate repair orders, estimates and invoicesKeeping customers informed of vehicle progress, costs and completion timesIdentifying additional service and repair opportunitiesFollowing up customers and maintaining strong relationshipsEnsuring all work is completed to Mercedes-Benz standardsAchieving relevant customer satisfaction, sales and performance KPIs
About You
We're looking for a confident, polished and customer-focused automotive skilled who understands the importance of delivering an exceptional experience.
You'll bring:
Previous experience as a Service Advisor within an automotive dealershipStrong automotive technical knowledge and understanding of vehicle servicingExceptional communication and customer relationship skillsProfessional presentation and a genuine customer-first approachStrong administration,



organisation and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple customers and competing prioritiesConfident negotiation and upselling skillsAbility to work collaboratively within a high-performing teamCurrent Australian Driver Licence
Prestige or luxury automotive experience is highly desirable; however, we're also interested in candidates with strong automotive service experience and the right attitude.
