You'll work alongside a skilled team and may have opportunities to provide guidance and support to junior team members.Your responsibilities will include:Mowing, edging, pruning, hedging, mulching and weedingGarden and landscape maintenance to premium presentation standardsPlanting,



seasonal garden displays and landscape enhancementsIdentifying and treating plant pests, diseases and nutrient deficienciesOperating and maintaining horticultural tools, machinery and irrigation systemsSupporting turf renovation and improvement projectsAssisting with task coordination and mentoring within the team where requiredEnsuring all works are completed safely and efficientlyAbout YouWe're looking for a passionate horticultural professional who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in delivering exceptional results.To be successful, you'll have:Certificate III in Horticulture or Parks & Gardens (essential)Practical experience in commercial or high-end horticultural maintenanceStrong plant identification and garden maintenance knowledgeExperience operating horticultural equipment and machineryA proactive attitude and strong work ethicExcellent communication and teamwork skillsA current driver's licenceWhite Card and Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtainAbout Green by NatureAt Green by Nature, our purpose is to enhance lives by creating, nurturing and maintaining exceptional green spaces.
