Coastal Babysitters is looking for a switched-on Bookings & Client Experience Coordinator to keep our busy bookings operation running smoothly.This is a fast-paced role combining bookings and sitter management, customer service, administration and sales.
You'll work across the whole booking journey, from the first family enquiry through to coordinating sitters, solving problems and making sure every booking is looked after.You'll often be working independently, so we're looking for someone who can think on their feet, make decisions and get things done without needing constant direction.What you'll be doingManaging a high volume of babysitting bookings across multiple regionsResponding to phone, email and online enquiriesSpeaking confidently with families, understanding what they need and converting enquiries into bookingsFollowing up potential bookings so opportunities aren't missedCoordinating and communicating with our large team of babysittersMonitoring upcoming and unfilled bookings and taking action earlyHandling changes, cancellations and problems calmly and confidentlyManaging day-to-day administration and keeping our systems accuratePrioritising competing tasks and making decisions in a fast-moving environmentSpotting problems,
