Candidates with transferable skills from community services, education, disability support, residential care, healthcare or similar sectors are strongly encouraged to apply.Essential RequirementsCertificate III, IV or Diploma in Community Services, Youth Work,



or willingness to obtainUnderstanding of trauma-informed care and behaviour support approachesStrong communication and report writing skillsCurrent NSW Driver Licence and comprehensively insured vehicleCurrent Working With Children CheckCurrent First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)Roster & Employment OptionsOur service operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
You'll participate in a rotating roster that includes:Morning, afternoon and night shiftsSleepovers (up to 3 per fortnight)Every second weekendTo provide consistency and stability for the young people in our care, your roster will repeat on a fortnightly cycle.We OfferPermanent Part-Time positions (minimum 60 hours per fortnight with opportunities for additional shifts)Casual opportunities for those seeking flexibilityWhat's In It For You?
