This is a candidate-focused role centred on sourcing, engaging and building relationships with technology professionals across areas including Software Engineering, ERP & CRM, Cloud, Cyber Security, Data & AI and Project Services.What You'll Be DoingMaking regular outbound candidate callsSourcing talent through LinkedIn, job boards, databases and referralsScreening and interviewing candidatesBuilding talent pools and candidate communitiesRe‐engaging existing candidatesWriting and posting job advertisementsSupporting LinkedIn content and general recruitment marketingThinking creatively about current ways to engage talentCoordinating interviews,
