This full‐time, permanent position will be responsible for servicing one of Sydney Metro's key regions, including the Northern Beaches, North Shore, South EastSydney, Eastern Suburbs and Inner West.In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional technical support and on‐site service to our customers across a range of multifunctional photocopiers and printers.Job DescriptionResponsibilities include:Installing, configuring, and maintaining multifunctional photocopiers and printers at client sites.Diagnosing hardware and software issues and providing timely and effective technical solutions.Conducting regular maintenance checks to ensure optimal performance of equipment.Responding promptly to service requests and troubleshooting any technical problems that arise.Delivering high‐quality customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns with professionalism.Collaborating with internal teams to elevate complex technical issues when necessary.Desired Skills and ExperienceOther requirements:Proven experience in servicing and repairing multifunctional photocopiers and printersDemonstrated ability to troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues with office equipmentStrong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems related to photocopiers and printersExcellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information effectivelyProficiency in using diagnostic tools and software for equipment maintenanceCapability to work independently and manage time effectively in a field service roleWhy Join Us?
